Dogs have owners, cats have staff - yup it's totally true! These days I'm using Miss Winnie as my excuse for working from home. After all, we've got wifi, a cozy fire, I can work in my pjs. and she's a kitten who demands my constant attention, following me everywhere (kind of like a dog with a lot more attitude).

What could be better? Actually I'm dressed 'cause my sweetheart's at home today too and he get's a tad horrified when I'm in my polka-dotted flannel jammies past lunch (tmi, right?).

In between kitten wrangling, "putering" (my daughter's term for working on laptops and not paying attention to each other) and doing some more Ipad drawings, I did accomplish something big. We finished the pantry re-do (I emptied it out, took out the useless shelving, my sweetie (the Builder) put up the new Storables shelving and I filled it up again). Oh, so organized and tidy! Our saleswoman was incredibly helpful, even including a thank you note & discount coupon in the box.

We keep opening the doors and admiring our handy work. Now I'm itching to start re-vamping my closet (and use that coupon). Mr. Builder would prefer that we use our free weekend to go snowshoeing, so my closet will have to wait.
